How does the monthly loyalty reward work?

For any calendar month in which a customer reaches a certain threshold (see below) of Basic/Premier Cash Back earned, a bonus will be paid into the customer's account the following month.
US$15 earnings will generate a US$10 monthly loyalty award
€15 earnings will generate a €10 monthly loyalty award
£15 earnings will generate a £10 monthly loyalty award
AU$20 earnings will generate a AU$13 monthly loyalty award
₹1000 earnings will generate ₹670 monthly loyalty award
Please note that canceled purchases as well as those purchases posted via a missing purchase request are not considered in calculating bonus eligibility.
