There can be several reasons why a purchase did not earn a VIP bonus:
- Purchases offering a fixed-rate Cash Back (i.e. $3.00 and not 3%) do not qualify for the VIP bonus
- Purchases of cash-equivalents (such as gift cards) do not qualify for the VIP bonus
- Your account may have already hit the $1,000 (or local equivalent) annual cap for the current subscription year
- Your VIP subscription may not have been active at the time of the purchase
