Your purchase should reflect in your transaction history within 1-2 weeks of purchase in "pending" status. If the purchase does not appear within 14 days of purchase, please submit a missing purchase report at the bottom of the transactions page. Please note that we can only accept missing purchase research requests for purchases completed within the last 90 days. For travel-related purchases, please do not submit a request until at least 14 (but no more than 90) days after travel was completed.
For all missing purchase claims, please be sure to include your purchase invoice with your submission or your request may be delayed or declined.
